big news
we got an apartment. but, im pretty sure shmanks is the only person on planet earth that reads this thing, so this is old news to you. (thanks for subscribing shmanks it means a lot). however, on the outside chance that other humans do check this, we sign the lease this week and could move in 4/1. we're all really psyched. it's located on riverdale ave. just off 235th st. heres what the outside looks like.
